New Entry adds a new blank entry to the List window.
Example: Let's say you want to make two labels, one to Tom Robbins thanking him for solving the problem of redheads and another to Jimmy Buffett asking him over for drinks. You've entered Jimmy Buffett's address (priorities), now choose New Entry and create the entry for Tom Robbins. To print both labels just select Print All.
You can enter as many items as you have room for just by typing and using New Entry. (Max list size is about 500)
